This Poison, This Pain

by RadianceInReverse   Jan 30, 2006

Poison ended my efforts to live
Its melting me away,
resolving me to earthly dew
this Leiblos* is my death, my poison

Corrupting my black insides
clinching my heart,bleeding dark blood
a pain so deep that fruitful water flows from my eyes

This pain that I feel is more than a dream of passion
If only I could unpack my heart with words
and make it known to all I love

I'm so wanting to unmask my beauty
to the moon so dark, yet bright
But my heart screams out with deadly fright
Afraid of being crushed again
I refuse to let anyone in

So here ill hide from the light of day
Behind the Moon forever I will stay!!

*Lost Love
