When I'm gone
Will you take care of yourself
The way I took care of you
Will you feel my presence in the room
Will you miss the smiles I used to bring
Will you keep wearing your wedding ring

When I'm gone
Will you miss me every night
Will your arms reach out for me to hold you tight
Will you ever realize how much I cared
Will it even matter that I'm not there

When I'm gone
Will you keep my picture in the frame
Will you hear my footsteps again and again
Will you keep my things where they belonged
Will you shed a single tear or will you be strong

And When I'm gone
Will you ever think about the past
Will you let me live in your heart
Will you keep me in your life for long
Will you hold on to me,
Or will you let me be gone?

    The first time i caught the title of this poem i recalled at once rossettii famous poem rember me when am gone
    gone away to the silent land i guess....

    We all worry about our significant other, who is no longer ours..we wonder if they are ok, or hurting as much as we are. but great job, it seems like this guy means alot to you
