No one ever cared for me
No one knew I was there
And those who did treated me bad
They gave me pain that I couldn't bear
I was tormented and lied to
I cried for reasons that I didn't know
Everyone covered up their true feelings
And hid emotion that they'd never show
Compassion was visible to me

They would always stop and stare
