Awaiting eternity

by Olliver Kahle   Jan 31, 2006

Thrown back down, thrown back in the ground,
Eternal sleep disrupted by words of madness,
My love for you broken in this cursed resting place,
The ever growing sadness accompanied by your smile,
It leaves me in this mad state, in this black box,

Patiently awaiting the passing into Her grace,
Eternally lying in your damned arms like before,
Transcending into the dark below, back to the start,
Free from these choking regrets and failures,
Oh my dear I am getting ahead of myself again,

The time has almost come, my means justified,
Your saddening smile the only thing in my head,
No more pain to feel, no more feeling at all,
Finally the last drop of blood drips from my wrist,

I can face eternity at last, I feel the cold winds come,
Now I can only hope you are waiting for me…
