The summer is here
which makes everything good
the hugs, the kisses
as it always should
the time I have
is spent with you
the total togetherness
i once never knew

the autumm is here
and these feelings are waning
all of the feelings
i thought i should be saving
yet you turn away
and you leave me cold
now all i want from you
is too keep your arms in this hold

the winter is here
and you are now gone
how hard it has been
it is much too long
i never thought
that we could end

its the springtime now
and who would have thought
that you would be back

all that i need
you gave me that kiss
which planted that seed

the seasons will change
as they always do
yet there is one thing for sure
