Melodies of Life

by The Wingless   Feb 1, 2006

I had been traveling without a destination,
I continued to crack the mystery, with out any clues,
Making the memories you gave to me,
Into a song to heal my pain.

The days when, without making promises,
Without exchanging words,
We embraced each other and sought each other out,
Those days will never come again,

The you inside of me, and the me inside of you,
The one's that still touch your hand, still touch mine,
Within the memories,
Still remember our names.

Change the flowing tears,
Into my own shining courage,
The life goes on,
Continuing beyond the night,
Into another day,
This fact has never been doubted.

But, I wonder how many memories,
leave with the flying birds,
And never come back,
While soon we all forget
Even hopes and dreams,
And they stay in an unreachable place.

Can you say that we were just a coincidence?
Even when all the evidence is there?

Even though I am fated to fall,
As long as you live,
The melodies will go on,
for eternity,
The melodies of life.

Even if I were to die,
As long as you are alive,
The melodies will go on,
for eternity,
Every melody of life.
