Do you ever wonder?

Do you ever wonder,
Why God made you the way you are?
Did you ever want,
To runaway somewhere far?
Where no one knows,
Anything about you.
So you can start all over,
And become someone new.
Where you don't have to hide,
Everything you feel.
Where you can be happy and content,
And just be real.
Do you ever wonder,
Why things happen the way they do?
Or why the grass is green,
And the sky is blue?
I always try to figure,
All of these things out.
But no matter how hard I try,
All I end up with is more wonder and doubt.
Maybe we aren't supposed to know,
All of the answers to life.
Maybe God wants us to feel,
Happiness and strife.
So no matter what happens,
Just remember this.
God has his reasons,
And that's the way it is.
