Destiny

Destiny

your a practice pad.

something to use and go on with.

but you helped.

you were useful for something.

just like when you walk outside in your backyard.

next to that screen door of yours there is two trash cans.

one:regular trash. two:recycle

you are recyclable.

you can be used again.

unlike the leaves on the ground.

which waste away.

unlike the garden you had grown.

which turns into empty branches in the fall.

but inside you is hidden the desire to produce.

to prosper and live beyond the confides of your throw away lifestyle.

to gain the joy of accomplishment.

like the joy spring has when she sees the her young blossom.

so you strive to go forth and reach the happiness that lies just before you.

and just when you think that you can touch it.....

someone pushes it farther away.

you say now that you weren't made to create. just to give.

but i know something different.

we are all made to offer our best to this world.

but there are so many people out there that want to offer their joy....

that sometimes it feels like you and them are rubbing shoulders.

don't push them aside.

cause they could have been you.

just wait for your moment to shine.

keep your eyes looking.

the door will open for you.
