Remembering back to the good old days
When we leave, we always knew our friendship always stays
No matter whatever happened, you always had my back
i always had your, too; and bravery was something we never lacked
Whenever I was in trouble, you'd come and rescue me
Even if it meant you'd get into trouble, too, and you'd say,"Who gives a *beep*!"
Whenever I fell you were always there to help me up
You were always there a step behind and ran when I called you up
Whenever I was sad, you'd give me your shoulder to cry
You were always the wing beneath my wings to help me fly
You were the only one I could trust with my secrets and issues
And whenever I'd feel like crying, you were the one that always carried the tissues!
Whenever you saw me alone, you'd come up and confort me
you'd take my mind away from life, the world, and my family
Although we weren't blood, you were the one and only true family I had
And I never want it to go away or I'll have another reason to to get sad
You said that you'd be there for me no matter what happens
We used to say that we'd protect our friendship even if it meant we had to use weapons!
I always thought that both you and I would stick together
No matter who leaves or who stays, there's no one else who'd be better
So now you're gone and I'm missing you more each day
I know that no matter where we go, our friendship stays!
