screams unheard
promise not to speak a word
lies and deceit,
heartbroken
blood runs cold,
my misfortune
hidden away
with all that i can bleed
in this darkened room
that you will never see

    Great peom, keep writing; and as you said.. stay strong! I've learned that forgiveness is when you relieve a person of a debt they can never make up to you.... You'll never be able to forget the pain and simple games he caused you, but the tears won't have to be placed in resentment, because it hurts you more in the end. (I hope it helps)
