I Wish

To have a friend who would hold your hand
through your tears, into the night
A friends that would always be there
never out of sight

To have a friend who would stay with you
when you're sad
A friend who will always care
no matter how bad

To have a friend who would do everything with you
Never let you be lonely
A friend that would always give you a hug
and you ment everything to her, if only

I wish I had a best friend like this
One that would always say I love you
I wish that someone would miss me
And now I do!

    wow.. it has been quite a long time.. im sorry i havnt talked to you for a while.. but i appreciate the comments you left..

    ive been a little lost at sea lately, life is funny sometimes...its been rough, but i think ill make it through.. i know this was written for jennifer, but it especially touched my heart. it is really touching.. it made me think if i just hold on that maybe things will get better, and if i hold on that maybe i will find a friend that is as good to me as you are to jennifer.. so thanks for the inspiration, and thanks for the comments...

    Anna, even though you live in New Mexico and I live in Pennsylvania I wnat you to know I will always be there for you. I wish I had a friend that would treat me like I was actually somebody to - I know how you feel.
    Great poem, I can really relate ro that lonely feeling.
