The smiles you put on my face during the nights
The concerns you show me when I fight
The smile you give me when I say a joke

I thank you for it makes me at ease
I compare you to something I can feel but can’t see
You’re so much like the breeze…..
Soothing through my face

The peace of mind when I think of you
The countless questions when I did something wrong
The love you continuously show to me
The strength you give me when I need to be strong

I thank you for letting God use you in my life
I thank you baby girl for one day
Because on that day, you will be my wife
I have space in my heart so I’m asking you to stay

For thinking about me when you lay in bed and stare at the roof
