This poem was very dear to my heart, because this poem is a part of me, a part of my story written in a beautiful expressive way. The past is a dagger, that can leave you scarred for life. I have too keep busy often because if not I remember everything that I am trying to forget, and it becomes so easy to think there is no more reason to keep trying, because I can never repent enough. I powerful poem.

Very lovely poem, very honest.I often have difficulty staying with long poems but this was good and worth staying with. I hope you can forgive yourself if this is autobiographical, remember learning from mistakes is more important than feeling guilty about making them.
