Who I am Today

Who I am
Comes from my past
Because what was done before
Leaves footprints that will last

Most of who your are
Comes from relationships you've had
Sometimes it's the good ones
And sometimes the ones that are sad

But I can only name 2 people
That in my past played a part
They forever changed my soul
And how I use my heart

Once I thought I loved a guy
But I guess I really didn't
Instead of showing me what love is
He showed me what it isn't

Then there was this one
Who forever changed my life
He's the one that got one his knee
And asked me to be his wife

He washed away all my pain
And put in it's place love and glory
He's the reason I am the way I am
He's the reason for this story!!!

    Hey this poem is awesomee..and i thought this one boy showed me love too but instead i ended up see exactlyy all the lies came together and told me a story of what exactly happened..but ur soo lucky you have ur one..right now i have no one and waiting for someone yet he has a girlfriend but i just dont know ne more please look at my poems...thanks
