I Still...

I woke up this morning
And i found myself
still thinking about you
Still hoping and praying
that i will soon be with you

I still reminisce
about the love we once had
I still find myself
living in the past

I still ask myself
If we will ever meet again?
I still ask myself
If all we ever will be is friends?

I still cry myself to sleep
I still pray that GOD
will bring you back to me
Trying to get over real love
Is really hurting me

I still find myself alone
wondering if i will soon be ok
Crying myself to sleep
knowing that you rather
love her than me

I am still deep in love with you
I still find myself
thinking about you
I still cry because
I know that i will never be back with you

    Hey hunnie. Great poem. I missed reading your stuff. i've been so busy, got married, had a baby. Finding myself wanting to write again. Hopefully, I can real soon. GREAT poem. Sounds like it'd be a really good song too.
