No Regrets

by Liberty Caden   Jan 13, 2004

Never look back at the slits and gashes.
Seal off the anguish that once went to far.
Hearts tear and smiles fade.
As life slips with one last blade. Season's come with one less.
Your world diminished.
Your life shattered.
Darkness to quick to long, I no longer hear the mornings song.
Healing slowly, those wounds mended. Your life put back together, though not intended.
