I silently pray this nightmare will end
Stuck in this hell
Looking at me now
i bet you couldnt tell
The torment I endured
Wanting to run but nowhere to go
trying vainly to conquer my foe
Wanting to die
As it begins once again
I start to cry
Will it ever end?
I silently scream
Please stop no!
Why God did this happen to me?
please give me a reason
i want to know
I ask yet again and again
Is this the punishment?
For some forgotten sin?
Once more I pray for this nightmare to end
Then I wake up with relief
Sadly it quickly turns to grief
For I know the next time I sleep
The torment will begin
It is a reoccurring battle
I will never win
