I can totally relate to your poem. I know how you feel if you are going through the same thing..Believe me...I AM currently going through it..But the thing I learned to do was to just shake it off, don't even let him know how you much you hurt...that way it makes him drill you down into the ground even deeper...ugh Screw boys!..anyway...I really like the poem
