Before you,
I didn't know where my life was heading,
Going round in circles,
My head so confused,
My life going all wrong.
I didn't think anyone was interested in me,
I thought "good guys" were out of my league.

Before you,
I never knew what love really was,
I had never experienced being swept off my feet.
No other guy had ever liked all of me,
Or even loved.

Before you,
My heart was fragile,
Broken in two,
People kept on leaving me,
I was too scared to let anybody in.

Before you,
I felt something was missing,
Like there was a jig saw, with a piece not in place.

When I met you,
I knew where my life was heading,
I've experienced what love is,
I've been swept off my feet,
