Hell

by Suicidal_Bleeder   Feb 12, 2006

She doesn't know what the future will bring,
Just trying to live through each day,
Hoping and praying that her best is enough,
But it's all she can give anyway.

She hides her emotions behind fake smiles,
Pretending that she's alright,
But when no one's around she just breaks down,
Crying silently into the night.

No one would care if she left this world,
Surrendered over her life,
Tied the noose, swallowed the pills,
Slashed herself up with a knife.

She longs for a piece of freedom,
Far from the workings of her hell,
A time and place for her to heal,
Leaving her safe to emerge from her shell.

But that's just wishful thinking,
She knows it will never be,
So she will hold her mask in place,
And revel in her misery.
