The corner

You scream in pain as the last knife pierces your trembling flesh.
its like your left alone and abandoned. left to die.
your broken body is dragged to a dark corner.
you feel like there is no more will to live.
your heart slows as you stare at the shadows that cover the hollow walls around you.
you try to wake up by brutal beatings, leaving bruises on your scared face.
your in a nightmare, one that turns to reality.
your body is your sanctuary. till it is invaded by deadly thoughts.
and finally when you start to believe there is no hope.
a hand reaches through the darkness and offers you a better life.
the heartbreak part, is the owner of that hand is the reason your there !!!!!!!
