No replacement

by Kristi   Feb 12, 2006

Tears will stream
Down your face
When you lose something
You can't replace

It's like an empty stomach
A hole in your heart
You've felt so hollow
Ever since the start

Though he is gone
And will never return
You need to accept
You need to learn

He had much pain
That never was shown
Was he unhappy?
Did he feel alone?

This teaches you a lesson
That's difficult to show
When you have something so special
Hold on tight, don't let go

So though he's left
One day you'll see
We'll reunite
And all fly free

Loved this poem. Very beautiful. Beautiful written. Loved it.

The end is very powerful by the way. Very surprising. I didn't expect it. So it overwhelmed me.

Well done, keep it up, you're talented.

    Lotsaa love -xxx-
