How do you write a card to a guy whose like your brother?
It should be easy right?
How do you tell him you've missed his smile?
Or missed being around him, even just for a while?
I guess in reality,
there's no way you can.
You just live day to day and hope he understands.
He's more than a friend,
in so many ways.
Yet, it seems destined
a friend he will stay.
Miles between us
So many to go
This seemed important
so I thought he should no.
He knows me better than anyone else.
Sometimes I think he
even surprises himself.
So many words, I'm unable to write
Yet they come to me in dreams every night.
One day we will be together again.
But until then,
I'll be happy
just being his friend.
