An eye can see evrything or nothing at all it could be blind or watch as u fall a mouth could sing beautifully or speak harsh words it may be dark and silent or loud with color an ear could be helpful or hear the worst it may be a dear blessing or a harsh curse a hand could assist u or be the ultimate temptation it could help u in the long run or be a horrible creation ur body can betray u it could be a back stabber it may run with you in life or behind it may stagger

I think its great how you incorporated senses and that kind of stuff into being ambiguous, and double sided. it makes for a great poem :)
