The worlds pain

by Shaw   Feb 14, 2006

Sit upon a mountain; I wonder in life
That if i am the only one out there
Who sits and thinks about this world
But in life I'm to scared to show i care

The people who died in the war
Still fighting for victory but its never a win
Killing to feel this award; Shooting till defeat
But in their mind; those body's live deep within

The people living in poverty
Walking mile and miles to survive
But some how they smile and live on for today
And they don't complain; Are happy to Be alive

The hurricanes hit; The tsunamis flow
People don't know where to run
Because where ever they turn it seems no hope
And the beauty of mother nature has won

The people who live on the streets
The children who live in pain
The people who cry so hard it hurts
The people who sit and wish; to not remain

Across this nation; across the world
Every person lives in some pain in different ways
They might not show; but some were they feel
But no matter how hard; they survive another day
