You cheated on me

by joanna   Feb 14, 2006

When I was told you were cheating,
I didn't believe, I thought it was a lie,
But now I know, and I wish I could die.

Your hugs lost their touch,
And your words lost their meaning,
I said that I loved you,
From the very beginning.

You told me you loved me,
all the time,
But now I'm wide awake,
I stopped right on that dime.

You cheated,
You lied,
I loved,
And I cried.

    I LOVE the last lines...
    You cheated,
    You lied,
    I loved,
    And I cried.
    They're simple but powerful.
