Hollow

How can i still feel hollow, its been now much too long
My hearts plays its own melody, such a mournful song
Its becoming so hard to keep my spirits high
Which along with my heart, in the gutters lie

Small signs that plague me, thud within my chest
As the hollowness eats away, deep inside my breast
Left with only pain and loss,which i can't discard
And facing each new day has now become so hard

Struggling to wake myself, defeat my lathergy
That drains away at everything it is, which makes me, me
Drive and emotion i discard, too much to control
And now i'm lost inside my chest, the now gaping hole
