Whats missing?

Words are never really good enough are they,
theres always something else we are looking for,
But what is it

does anyone really know why we are all lost,
so alone,
is there something else out there that we are just too stupid to pick up,

maybe this was the way life was supposed to be,
maybe theirs no point in life,
maybe we are all just hear for someones sick amusement,

God, who the hell is god and who says he should determine everything,
why does he get to be boss?
