Answered Prayer

Constant dreams fading fast, wondering how long the pain will last.
I long to feel freedom's touch, but with all this stress I feel it's to much.
Lke clouds I wish I could float away, but I'm lonely and lost to this saddened day.
Please forgive me Lord, for the pain I've caused, sitting here doing time, but time for me has paused.
I cry in the dark as I pray, for God to take my loneliness away.
I've prayed and asked for love so true, and that's why I feel he sent me you.
Realizing you were a gift but not a toy, your loves helped me grow to a man from a boy.
Like a jewel, or a star your beauty will shine, I was blessed the day your love became mine.
To you I'll show your love has greatfullness, there's no limit to your wants but I'll prove my faithfullness.
All I ask is that you never leave, my love is 100% yours, and that you should believe......
