Blood red Stripes, A Sacrifice
To take my sin, Erase my pride
I have sinned, Lord it is I
Who nailed you there, And pierced Your side

Lord how can you forgive
This tremendous stain of sin
Jesus how can you still love
In the state that I'm stuck in

I only want to love you more
But I only end up hurting you
I only want to follow you
But I always fall down on the floor

I come to you, how undeserving
I want to change, I think I'm learning
I try to wait, and give my trust
I'm so small, You're marvelous

Lord how can you forgive
