Never, Leave, Home

Time had come to leave the nest
To go out on my own
I've never thought i would go like this
That I'd ever want to leave home

I had no money, no job
Still i thought i could survive
Til this day, three years later
I sit at home and strive

What am i to do
Where am i to go
I shouldn't be living like this
I should of stayed home

I can't go back now
For the place i thought i hated
Has turned into a stranger
Look what I've created.

So as i sit here and think of me
I just want to let you know
To never, ever leave HOME.
