The Accident; A dream or reality

As I laid in bed
A dream begins to fill my head
As this dream starts to begin
I am placed right by a big piece of tin.
As I look ahead to a horrific scene
I see him
I am not quite sure his age just that he looks like my age
I look and see he is bleeding on alot
As I go to help him he calls my name
I realize that it isn't a boy
It is Nathan; My Nathan!
As I sat trying hard to keep him awake
I tell him to hold on
As I start walking away
He calls out to me and tries so hard yells I Love You.
As I run to find help
I start to cry because I don't know if Nathan is still alive
15 minutes has passed and nobody believes me
What kind of people are you? I yell
Finally a man hears my cries of help
He comes to Nathan only to find that Nathan has died
I fall to the ground and can barely breathe
It feels like someone is choking the life out of me
Which didn't really mind because then I would be with Nathan
The man picks me up and says I can't do anything
He tries to get me to breathe normal again
It works OF COURSE.
As I look into Nathan's eyes
I remember is the last thing he ever said to anybody
I Love You.
As all my thoughts of Nathan flood back
I notice blood dripping
I look and I am bleeding
I soon remember the whole day
Nathan had driven me home that day
I was with Nathan in the accident!
I don't really remember how we got in the accident
I don't really remember much about that day
All I remember is looking into those eyes
As I stand up I reach over and touch Nathan's cold hands
The man notices me and pushes me away
I yell and cry Why can't I be with him?
The man calmly tells me
He doesn't want me to get hurt anymore then I am
As I start to cry and ask can I please say goodbye ALONE!
At first he was a little worried, but he gave in
As I slowly walk over to Nathan
The boy who had always been there for me
The boy who needed me just 20 minutes before
As I touch the cold hands.
I struggle to keep them warm
As I look into Nathan's eyes
I see what Nathan has seen in me
As I say my last goodbye to the man I love
I stand up and start to walk away
When I hear one voice call my name
And says I love you always and forever.
As I spun around to see who called my name
Nathan awakes!
I run to him and he is perfectly fine
But But But how can this be? I asked
Nathan looks over at me and shows me something I never saw
I see him and me on the ground in blood
He told me I died 5 minutes ago
When I was saying my last goodbye to him.
