Once a wild rose...

Hey! i knw this is quite long but please read on and rate thankx it wont take long!!!!! :-)

Eternally here i shall stay
kneeling down at your feet,
pondering always my demise
how you led me to my defeat.

never to gaze upon your face
all alone, i shall bow my head,
staring down at the soft green grass
kneeling here in this flower bed.

for once i was a wild rose
and i had vowed to never be tamed,
but you came and cut me from the ground
leaving me to wilt, yet you showed no shame.

forever i will continue to wonder
why you wrenched ME from the earth,
how it was that it came to pass
from a flowers death began rebirth.

changing quickly from a rose
suddenly i was an angel falling,
forsaken by the one i knew had
held me back from my true calling.

left to wander this savage garden
out of place in human form,
broken wings upon my back
my heavy heart battered and torn,
cursing the day i had been reborn.

for years i searched but with no sign
of the vial beast that broke my heart
the one that changed my life forever
buy tearing my fragile world apart.

until i decided to go back to the place
where he left me forever changed
i found him there in contemplation
i had left but he remained

stood there in my flower bed
looking up toward the sky,
suddenly he looked at me
and he begun to cry,

he begged for my forgiveness
he had never meant for all my pain
he was sorry for my broken wings
and all my worldly chains.

it was then i lost my grip
fell so slowly toward the ground
i led, for a moment
i couldn't make a sound.

then i told him there would be no remorse
he'd wrenched me open
with out a death,
i had only searched for him so long
to witness his last breath.

for i longed to be that rose again
just needed to be set free
but i knew then it was impossible
this fate was meant to be.

so eternally now i shall lie
forever after at his feet
never to look upon his face
for he must now live with my defeat
