Nature and humans

by alive in death   Feb 18, 2006

Nature and humans

sing to the falcon.

as he falls from his nest.

red leaves have fallen,

and winter has given him rest.

drifting to the streaming river.

tumbling over rocks and water.

a strong silent fox has died in a slaughter,

victim to a eagle, with piercing site.

talons like razors, sweep down in the grass at night.

all this is a chain.

survival of the fittest. live through the pain.

you must hurt to go on.

and you must be hurt to grow.

but killing can leave you with two souls.
