Why cant i let go

Hes gone..
he left..
my falut..
i had my chance to keep him here with me..
he was my first love and i feel my only love..
why did i let him go?
maybe because i knew deep inside me he had to..
he wanted to..
but now i just sit at home thinking if hes thinking about me..
why cant i let go?
