As I lay awake in bed
Listening to the rain
I thought of what you did
Why u caused this pain

I never thought you'd do that
You always told me so
But when i saw you on that night
I had to let you go

As I saw you kissing her
The way that you kissed me
My heart gave up and i knew the chance was never meant to be

You told me that you loved me
And made me feel that it was true
To this day i still don't get
Why i had to lose you
