A Ray Of Light

Silence is finally here
In my final resting place
Buried six feet under
With no look upon my face

No thoughts to fill my mind
All the worries are gone
Left behind what I longed for
Regrets, I have none

Old emotions are no longer there
No one left to care for
Nothing to hold me back
Destiny could not betray me more

Trapped in centuries of loneliness
My days were dark as night
Now in eternity of darkness
I finally see a ray of light
