Monster

by Poetess Lana   Feb 20, 2006

The Monster walks
at night, never
knowing who It will
take next.
It could be you, it
could be me, it
could be nobody.
The Monster does
as It pleases.
If It wants you,
you will be gone.
Taken into Its hole
of darkness.
The Monsters existence
is true, because and
only because we believe
in It.
