Saying Goodbye

When we meet someone new we automatically know there will be a goodbye. When you cross someone on the street and say hi there is no goodbye. With our friends when we say hi we think the next day they will be there... but what if they're not. We didn't say goodbye. How horrible would that make you feel?
Some of you reading this poem have no clue what so ever what this feels like, some of you do. I have had to say goodbye too many times. So i am done saying goodbye because i am done saying hi.
