I Live In The Night

As the moon rose high,
In the sapphire sky.
Shadows move forth,
Like lights of the north.
Darkness crept,
As many then slept.
Ruby red eyes, and crystal white fur,
Ghosts of the night, with ominous lure.
Midnight black,
In love they lack.
Sapphire blue,
Only they knew.
Ruby red,
Like all are dead.
Crystal white,
The moon in the night.
Tree life green,
In the moonlight sheen.
A break through the dark,
Like the evil mark.
No sign of hope,
Night like a rope
Binding evil and good
Let go if should.
Darkest of souls,
Like black sea shoals.
A midnight scream
Like living in a dream.
To give most fright
I live in the night.
