Day Break.

by Wings Of Flames   Feb 23, 2006

Loyal like the sun,
Divides from the moon,
Trusts the naked stars,
Won't try to love and spoon,

Light fades to darkness,
Golden drapes now left to sleep,
Stars begin to twinkle,
Moon longs to creep,

New light has broken,
Stars fade from dusk,
Sun bleeds to clouds,
The dawn of betrayl's musk,

Moon has fled from the scene,
No longer to be saught,
Stars have won his heart,
But the sun remains caught.
