The smiles
The laughs
The jokes
The things i say
The way i act
All a mental representation
Of the things you wish i was
Of the things i can never be
I show you this cover
I let you believe it
If it ever became transparent
If it ever failed
You would see all of which i hide
The tears
The crying
The worries
The things i think
The way i feel
A hidden truth
Of who i am
A person you'll never see
A person you'll never know
A truth best hidden
A secret story best left untold.
