People We Never Meet

by Bill Turner   Feb 23, 2006

Haunting is your voice
Melody of your love in my ear
Leaving me with no choice
Cut it off so I can no longer hear

Enchanting is your beauty
Playing upon my sensitive eyes
Although you are a cutie
I will never again see the skies

Seductively you play in my mind
Tormenting me day by day
Not enough that I am now blind
My brain you try to fillet

Silkily you touch my skin
Creating such desire
Oh! This game you will win
Setting myself on fire

Screaming for your life
An elevator ride from hell
Sorry about the strife
Forget about the acrid smell

We have not even met
Doctor says I have issues
He won the office bet
Leaving you to cry into tissues
