I've Lost

by None   Feb 24, 2006

When I was one I lost my blankie,
And couldn't sleep a wink.
When I was two I lost my doll,
And could hardly even think.

When I was three I lost my sippy cup,
And for days refused to take a sip.
When I was four I lost my swim suit,
And couldn't take a dip.

When I was five I lost my basketball,
And couldn't shoot hoops with my dad.
When I was six I lost my brothers wallet,
And it made me feel real bad.

When I was seven I lost my baseball glove,
And couldn't play outside.
When I was eight I lost my balance,
And almost drowned and died.

When I was nine I lost my rollerblades,
And got grounded for a week.
When I was ten I lost my hockey stick,
And couldn't practice my deke.

When I was eleven I lost my sister,
And it broke my heart in two.
So you see I've lost a lot
But sis, it hurt the most when I lost you.
