Is Love So Bad?

Love is such a stupid thing,
and yet, we can't live without it.
We can't even prove it's real,
and somehow, we don't doubt it.

"Follow your heart," they always say.
That's ridiculous. I can't hear it.
"Don't be scared. Just take a risk."
How can they know I fear it?

"You're letting your life waste without love.
Don't waste your life. You should live it.
You shouldn't keep your love to yourself.
I think you should give it!"

I fell in love just yesterday.
Now I know what you meant.
Now I can see what I was missing...
Love is Heaven-sent!
