Cold Corpse

by Wings Of Flames   Feb 26, 2006

Dewy mornings cold,
Sprinkle sorrowed fall,
Winter ice cascades,
Hush of ocean's call,

Angel snow from heaven,
Glides softly to the ground,
Grassy meadows dead,
'Til spring it wont be found,

Carved heart into the pine,
Empty to despair,
Fallen through the space,
No-one shall ever care,

Bitter sweet lies,
Lift between the trees,
Dark and broken stems,
Lifeless shallow pleas,

Angel screams a melody,
Dragged away from life,
Noose slipped round her throat,
Forbidden crystal knife,

Solitude were her thoughts,
She found no-one did care,
Her death was simplicity,
So un-noticed, she was not there.
