Fight in Front of The Gate

by Purple   Feb 27, 2006

Forget what you were told
Of the days of frightened old
The trouble has now changed
The fights no longer the same

Regret lost in revenge
Forever left to defend
The failers used to mend

Forget the death once died
The teats internally cried
Will forever run fluid
Unspoken, kept inside

Lives will move
Claiming a right to prove
Truth's hidden behind hate
Like a forever locked gate

The fight must be won
Will preach the father to his son
Generations will grow
With bloodied hands to show

Proud of the fight they fought
The right goal outside of thought
Mindless soldiers to equal death
As their mothers cry with detest
The Battle must be fought they're told
As their babies march off fitting the family mold

A fight turned death
A death turned hate
Hate tuned to a discriminatory fate

A life once lost can't be returned
Justification seemly earned
Through speech we find
A false reason behind
The massacrer shown in front
Outside of the gate forever shut

Forget they lies known too well
Hate is the reason society fell
