Better Days

You say that you love me
You say that you care
You say that you'll always be there.
You kiss me so gently
And then walk away,
Leaving me with all the suffering and pain.
As the blodds drips
My soul seems awake
Visions of you seem to take
It's toll on my heart
Body, and soul
I cry in the dark
And call out your name.
Wishing it all would go back to the same.
I sit in the tub
Shower on cold
Blood running down fingers
and legs.
I guess that I've seen better days.
