It hurts to say goodbye

When you love someone so much,
it hurts to say goodbye,
when there in so much pain,
you just pray that they don't die,
when you look into their eyes,
it makes you want to cry,
You just wish that they won't go,
that this would all just be a lie.

you never thought it would happen,
never, not to you,
or to the one you love,
it just can't happen it is not true.

then when they go,
your heart stops for a second,
you look around,
and then you ask people maybe do you reckon,
that he is not gone,
that he is just asleep,
and when he wakes up,
no body will weep.

that he is like sleeping beauty or snow white,
just waiting for that kiss,
and love at first sight,
sooner or later you have to face facts,
that they have gone,
and all they left were their tracks.
