What you do to me

A bullet slightly missing his brain skimming the side of his head
strikes my heart and now I'm dead
a fist hits his jaw and knocks him down
now i have my head down to the ground and there is nothing left for me to do but frown
a car pulls up and pulls a drive by he doges and scurries to the floor
my body slams against the concrete over him and still i fear that he doesn't love me anymore
every breath i breathe is for him and still i fight for his love but for some reason i can't win
